I was hoping this program would help me find some icons I know are somewhere on my hard drive. I found the interface a little confusing. I didn\'t have any success on my first few attempts, so I gave up.

Icons from File 3.31 Well I've tried to export all (8) icons from an ICL file, but the exported ICO files were 32 x 32 pixels, although in the original ICL they were 16 x 16 pixels.Then I've used other tool which was better for my needs:http://www.mitec.cz/iconex.html

It would not create an .ico file from my .png file.

The program has a lot of function but it can't create High def icons that are popular these days, hence it seems out dated. Sorry to say but it didn't prove to be of any use to me, but thank you anyway for the effort and keep up the good work.

Hello, this is an amazingly comprehensive and entertaining resource.My intended application is mindblowingly simple, however. I need simply to identify 13 folders by changing their standard icon to the legible alphabet characters \"A\" through \"M\".I don\'t find such a simple set in your comprehensive library. Perhaps this application is so simple and boring that icon artists don\'t do it. Someone must have, once. I live in hope.Thank you, Peter.

I was wanting either a web page or a downloadable file that I could look through to find icons. Having the gallery divided into so many different categories and then needing to download a file for each category just wasn\'t for me.

This is a great download, it did not have the ones i was looking for but there was many more i could use

wow!!! totally wow, not only are the icons a pleasure to look at but the way I\'m asked to leave a comment. I wish every company or product team can be so comforting to the user. I love the whole style of the theme, oh and speaking of theme, that\'s what I like about it they have that relation towards each other. I\'ts like the icons work together, forming a harmony in wich an ease are provided resulting in a way better experience for any Mac user...I\'m studying design and great artwork like these icons ...

Blue and Black I find the black and blue icons very attractive, and only wish there were more of them.

Did not install it because I did not want the spyware to be installed, which is part of the license agreement. I appreciate that the license agreement specifies that this install includes the spyware right at the beginning.

The program seems pretty cool. I am still learning to use it. Hopefully in further use it will do what I am trying to do and accomplish.

As far as I tried that now I was not able to draw anything by myself, only can work on ready photos or drawings. Is there a chance to create own images?

I downloaded your program along with a competitor’s program, Realworld Icon Editor, and found it had much greater capabilities. I will tank you for removing my email address from your contacts.

Buddy Icon Constructor I used it and then uninstalled it. Why? Because it would only save the icons as .gif files. I could not use them because they weren't saved as icons. But I did like the ease of use and simplicity of program. I also downloaded Real World Icon Editor, which let me save the icons in a useable format, but was more complicated to use.

Buddy Icon Constructor This simple application is great. It's super ez to use and does exactly what I want. I'm considering ordering the full version from the developer.Only drawback for me is the fixed cropping ratio and the common advertisement that comes with free downloads.But the application is really beneficial.

ubuntu installation I can't get this installed into ubuntu. Tried "/" for path, wizard switches back to "\".

I was really looking forward to using this software and usually have no trouble working with software but for what ever reason I never got this to work. I finally just downloaded rainbow folders and it was simple and served the purpose.

The \'Folder Color Icon Set\' is located on my C Drive (C:\\Folder Color Icon Set), but I cannot access any folder to change a folders color! What am I doing wrong?? Help please.Brian

It worked on folders, but what I really wanted was folder in Outlook

This small program allowed me to alter many icons on Windows. Really expansive options and easy-to-use interface. Nice graphics and controls, the only qualm I have is perhaps always seeing that old image there of Ted Roosevelt, (former U.S. president) when the program shuts down. But it could be just a side-effect of using the demo version, I don't know.
